It has been a pretty productive day. I realized you can download Grammarly as an add-in to Microsoft Word, making it easier to maintain the formatting of my manuscript. Unfortunately, though, it also meant I had to go through all the grammar hits again, of which there were over a 1,000 critical hits. UGH! But it is all done and simply need to save a paperback manuscript version.
I also discovered IFTTT, which is If That, Then This. This system allows me to connect my blog feed to my Facebook page, lowering my social media maintenance a bit. It can connect a lot of different networks, but I am still figuring this one out. It’s a little tricky understanding how to breakdown the code to make it post how I want it to, so this program is still a work in progress.
To prepare for the time we are on the road, I have been plotting posts and developing materials. I’m also figuring out how to come up with ways to build sales to reach my goal of 175 books sold.
Thankfully, my family and friends that are family have been extremely supportive and have been building me up; they keep me motivated. I am more excited than I ever was before!
