The effects of energy are real. Right now, the energy is not so great. No matter where I am, or who I am with, if the energy is off, it can put me in a really messed up mood.
Today, for the most part, my mood has been off. Often it is work related, but this energy is in my home. I know that because of it, I can often withdraw into myself. That’s basically how much such energy from those who have a major impact on me effect me.
For today, I probably will feign effort and achievement, but honestly I will reflect none.
